Meet the Team.

  • EMILY REIMAN

    HEAD COACH & MANAGER
    CF-L2

I’ve been living and breathing CrossFit since 2016, when I first started my journey in Palmer, Alaska. My husband and I became affiliate owners in 2019 before we sold our gym to return south in 2023. Now rooted in a community I truly love, I work full-time with TYR Wodapalooza, enjoy life with three busy teenagers, and have a deep passion for building others up through fitness and meaningful relationships. I’m driven by love, fueled by connection, enjoy cracking jokes, and always ready to rally people forward cheering the loudest along the way.

I started powerlifting when I was just 9 years old and began my CrossFit journey in 2018. I hold a doctorate in Leadership and Professional Practice, along with a double major in Athletic Training and Health & Physical Education. What drives me is helping every athlete, no matter their experience level, build confidence and find success in every workout. Whether I’m coaching or cheering you on, my goal is simple: I want you to leave with a smile and a sense of accomplishment.

  • SAM FIELDER

    COACH
    CF-L1

CrossFit has been part of my life since 2011—truthfully, I don’t know an adult life without it. It was the pivotal method of fitness that helped me outwardly express my athleticism as a Division I Collegiate Rower and, more importantly, combat sickness through multiple brain surgeries.  It has given me a family beyond blood and a community to call home. Coaching is an act of service that calls my heart. I am fulfilled by helping people, both by guiding people to health through fitness and by being a friend without reservation.

  • DAVID R

    COACH
    CF-L2

I started doing CrossFit in 2015 and began coaching full time in 2016. I had the privilege of owning Refuge CrossFit in Alaska from 2019-2023. I really enjoy getting to know our athletes and helping them thrive, both inside and outside the gym. I love getting to influence and change generational patterns for the positive, by helping members create new habits and model that for their families and community.  I'm always excited to meet new friends and I have a habit of telling crazy stories while coaching.

  • PAT FIELDER

    COACH
    CF-L1

I have been doing CrossFit for over a decade. It started out as a simple search for like-minded people to work out with. Not long after, I realized that CrossFit gave me more than just people to suffer through a workout with—it gave me a community, a home, and eventually led me to meet my wife. My passion for coaching is defined in helping people reach goals they may not have ever had the confidence to achieve.

    COACH
    CF-L2

I've been coaching since December 2022, and it’s been such an incredible journey! I fell in love with fitness early on, and now I get to share that passion by helping others grow stronger—not just physically, but in spirit and confidence too. There’s nothing better than watching someone crush a goal they once thought was out of reach, both in the gym and beyond. It’s even more powerful when it happens in a community built on encouragement, connection, and the love of Jesus!

  • AMANDA CREMEANS

    COACH
    CF-L1

I’ve been in and around the CrossFit world since 2019 and coaching since 2021. There’s something special about a place where people from all walks of life come together to push themselves just a little harder than they thought they could. That shared struggle creates real bonds; it builds relationships. That’s what this community means to me, and it’s why I love coaching. I’ve always been a sucker for watching someone accomplish what once felt impossible… and the friendships that come out of it? That’s just the icing on the cake.

  • TOMMY GREEN

    COACH
    CF-L2

I drank my first dose of CrossFit kool-aid in 2019 and started coaching in 2020 and I’ve been hooked ever since. I love being part of those “ah ha” and personal best moments: from an athlete’s first box jump or pull-up, to stringing together double unders or getting their first muscle-up. But what really drives me is seeing the transformation beyond the physical. Watching confidence take shape in someone who didn’t know they had it, that’s the most rewarding part. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside athletes in their journey and witness the growth that happens inside and out.
